Women’s Leadership Program

For years, the Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) has continued Elizabeth J Somers’ legacy of women's education and built more than leaders—it has built a powerful, lasting community. WLP brings students together across majors, backgrounds, and experiences to learn, grow, and lead alongside one another. Through mentorship, professional development, leadership workshops, alumnae engagement, and real-world experiences, WLP equips women with the confidence, skills, and network to thrive long after graduation.

At its heart, WLP is about connection. Students learn from those who came before them, peers lift one another up, and women support women. Our students carry that commitment forward into their careers and communities.
