About

In this unprecedented time, talented educators are mission critical in shaping our collective future. The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD) prepares students for a wide range of leadership roles. Education has been and will continue to be the greatest contributor to the public good and the nation's future.

GSEHD is committed to supporting students to reach their varied career goals, regardless of their financial means. Your support on Giving Day enables us to open doors for the next generation of educators and leaders to tackle the most complex educational and organizational challenges.

Create a greater world for tomorrow by building their world today.

"Being a George Washington University Fellowship recipient has impacted my life on multiple levels.  My modest teacher salary would not allow me to afford tuition without donor support and assistance. This fellowship is the only way I have been able to accomplish my dream of pursuing my studies." Katreca Neale, GSEHD ’23

Priorities

GSEHD Student Aid

GSEHD Student Aid ensures that talented students, regardless of financial resources, can take full advantage of a GSEHD education. Student aid attracts excellent students from diverse backgrounds and reduces the loan burdens of our graduates. A contribution of any size to this fund supports student aid, bolsters the power of education, and strengthens the promise of tomorrow’s educators and leaders.
