Established in 1972, the GW Physician Assistant Program was one of the first in the nation and has since become a destination program, nationally ranked as the number five program in the US.
Since the practice's inception, PAs have become an essential part of care teams. Supporting growing populations of people needing healthcare PAs are versatile and collaborative, improving healthcare access and quality.
As PAs continue to fill the gap in demand for healthcare, it's increasingly important to support and elevate the next generation of PA students. Expanding access to education through student scholarships ensures equal access to a GW Physician Assistant Studies education.
